Dr. Khojasteh Rad developed the academy’s flagship professional and career-oriented courses, as well as the innovative Pillar English program, which addresses the specific linguistic needs of immigrants. Her approach emphasizes “Thinking in English” and “Speaking in English,” helping learners overcome challenges they may face after immigration and enabling them to thrive in their new environment.
